It uses chicken soup rather than its rivals' pork bones/ribs soup or miso soup... The chicken soup is very chicken~ very rich taste! I love the soup! The meat melts in your mouth~
I recommend that you try the original Marutama Ramen if you are a 1st timer. Taste the original one first, then venture into exploration...
