Super Sunday

Super Sunday!

I'm so nervous before my 2nd dance lesson... (ok, i shall come clean to you people about something i didnt tell anyone, i'm in a singer course... i'm telling becos i'm happy to be with some of these new friends i made and i am blogging it...) Practiced last sunday with classmates... today was the 2nd and the last 2hours dance lesson in the course... we had combined what we learnt and was going to learn and will be tested... problem is, i am super lousy for movement... i looked funny and unnatural during first lesson... furthermore need to partner female classmates later of the dance... shit man~ then before today's lesson, heard teacher isnt too happy today due to poor performance of previous class.... hahahahaa stressfulllllllllllll.... i danced in toilet at home and the school before going lor...

but things turned out not too bad during lesson... we tried to cheer our teacher up with jokes and our hardwork... plus we did impressed her of what we learnt in first lesson in today's lesson.... we danced till whole body ache plus bruises and skin peel at knees... and during tests, i did ok lah... from damn lousy to lousy... got improvement :p all of us improved i thinked... and teacher praised us...! happy she was happy with us and happy for the class too... :) just so happy lor... lalala...

after dance we headed to our vocal teachers condo for whole course gathering....had simple buffet, chatted and got to know 2 new friends, Gloria and Charlene... must write, scared i forget their names due to higher chance of being just acqaintance, and i have bad memory for people whom i dont talk to... later next gather see them again, i forgot names then paiseh... anyway there were friendly ladies... felt their sincerity just like my classmates... even as i was crapping all the way, i feel that all of them were acceptive... haha i feel accepted... i like~ hard for people to accept collin one... must understand... anyway, after eatting we were entertained by some course mates and JJ's video clip... the vocal teacher shared some words of wisdom and performed with her hubby...

There was part 3, half of our class went supper @ bt timah.... talked and talked non stop... from horoscope to teachers to our jobs to movies to food to everything lah... talked and dined from 10pm to 1230am.... if not we have to work, bet we gonna talk more lor... anyway we planning to meet for dinner and k-session soon.... more nonsenses to talk again...

Its really a happy day today, long time never so happy le... when mingling with alot of strangers e.g during the buffet, i'm still the emo self.. really don't what to say and do...luckily people were friendly... its just Collin... Thank you VS3 for making today a happy sunday for me...

Sa Wa Dee Trip (1)

Sa Wa Dee (Day 1)
After the long long wait and many many episodes... I finally could go Bangkok.. not that i like to go bangkok, but the whole administration nightmare prior the trip was horrible... all thanks to mr flowery mouth con-man... forget abt me paying extra + extra + extra for a simple bangkok trip.. lets look at the highlights of the trip... Lets start with 16 march 2009, morning, reached airport early, so we had breakfast at killiney coffee... my half boiled eggs were quite raw, but i didn't bother abt it... "Bangkok Here I Come!"

The 6 of us - Me, Mandy, Thomas, Cynthia, Ginny, Desmond boarded on TG404 that very morning...

the sky started pouring while our plane took off from Changi..
while onboard...

zzzZZzzzZZzz... and also ZzZZ-ing on board, a terrorist look-alike....

oops, caught by the victim...

while flying above 14000ft, my stomach started to protest... the damn raw eggs forced me to the toilet (lavatory)... try doing 'business' in the air, its damn... uncool...everyone knows i'm in the toilet for BIG business for sure... and due to my emptied bowel, i had to force out the raw eggs... and it took damn long... damn embarassing on my way back to my seat...

chicken with noodles VS fish with rice

flying above the clouds... the view was unbelievable...

After we landed...

We were greeted by students' performances beside the long corridors towards custom and immigrations.. We took a chartered mini-van to hotel, it was a long trip, since it was free - there were other tourists to other hotels along the way + the traffic jams... I was super impressed by how the Thais drive in small small alleys (which were equally jam) to avoid jams on the mains...

Along the way, me and mandy were attracted by the bright pink cabs on the road, huge big durians, weird looking people and a mama & papa shop...
After we checked into Baiyoke Boutique Hotel, we headed for our 1st stop, Tailor Shop!
I was spoilt with alot of choices... the services of the sales assistants were excellent and helpful... made quite a mess looking at the fabrics... eventually i settled for 4 shirts and 2 pants... It was already 6-7pm hence we headed to the mall nearby to shop and dine, there was a corner tributing a figurine of an elephant god with 4 sides..Thais worship their gods with roses, to show their love... (interesting).. As we were walking towards the mall, Thai's national anthem played and everyone at the open space freezed and stood still... we stopped too... really admire their patriotism...
We decided to try authentic Thai food at a restaurant, the food were nice... ordered quite alot of food...
After dinner, we walked around at a night market near hotel, saw some roadside stall selling 'heavily salted' girll fish and bbq chicken etc. While shopping, we saw a man bringing an elephant parading on street to get tourists pay for feeding it..
more updates in future entries when i'm free...
